Kelley-sue LeBlanc, Founder & Principal
A unique combination of business and technical experience informs all of my work. I've been an integral part of successful software and web application projects, acting as the liaison amongst business, marketing and technical stake-holders. I worked in creative, product management, sales and managerial roles for the past twenty years and thrived in media, software and business development. My balanced appreciation of the many needs and perspectives involved in successful projects and business ventures is the expertise I offer your business to help you reach and exceed your goals. Developing productive teams and streamlined operations that take advantage of the appropriate tools is my passion.
I worked my way through the ranks of an international fortune 500 photography organization, starting out as a portrait photographer and ultimately establishing myself as the district manager for the North East territory for which I received national accolades for sales and production. As head of development for Campagne Associates, I provided technical solutions to fundraising organizations across the country. I championed the creation and implementation of a software development lifecycle and transitioned the company's development platform to .Net and SQL sever. In 2005, I moved to Compuware Corporation where I led technical and business development for an award-winning web application security product.
Since 2007, I've educated businesses about how to reach their strategic goals through the use of visual communications, social networking, and selective web 2.0 practices and technologies. As a result of my consulting services several clients have invited me to join their advisory team and continue to engage my company for strategy and implementation consultation.
Tara Mahady, Principal
I accepted my first position with a non-profit organization at eighteen, and have been hooked on mission-driven work ever since. Throughout the ensuing twenty years, I've raised millions of dollars and provided marketing and communication strategies for organizations ranging from a small grassroots lobbying group to a world-class art museum. I spent four years as the Communications Director for a fundraising software company, working with non-profits across the country devising and implementing strategic online marketing solutions at the inception of email marketing.
Most recently, as the Senior Director for Marketing and Development at NH Public Radio, I led a team in raising over $2.5 million in operating revenue per year. I was also engaged in a $6.5 million capital campaign to build a new, state-of-the-art broadcast facility. While at NHPR, I delved into the dynamic 21st century world of multimedia platforms and the infinite marketing and fundraising potential they offer.
I provide a multitude of services including strategic marketing planning and implementation, online marketing and social networking education and coaching, content creation for any platform or medium, major donor program development and implementation, and more.
My commitment to social, organizational and personal betterment lends energy, expertise, and an entrepreneurial spirit to every project with which I have the privilege to be involved.
